2012 is shaping up to be another great year. Last year saw continuing upgrades of our module's main line track for increased realism and better operation. The scenery on the grain elevator/town/induatrial sections is nearly complete. A new steel stamping plant has been added, as well as a bar and dancing establishment. Some privately-owned sections have been upgraded and are now better than ever.
This year we will be continuing those upgrades, as well as:
- Placing the new balloon sections into the layout to open up the configuration
- Building two inside corners for the new configuration
- Various electrical, lighting, and signaling upgrades
- Completing scenery on the new 4 x 8
Several new members have joined in the past year and a few old members have reconnected. This has brought an excitement and vibrancy to our group that is amazing to behold!
